At Xammer, we aim to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be occasions where you may need to cancel an order or service. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for cancelling your purchase or subscription with us.

1. Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a subscription or service related to Xammer‘s offerings (SMS campaigns, smart tracking URLs, OTP services, etc.), the cancellation process is as follows:

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your subscription to digital services at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests made after the billing cycle begins will apply to the next billing cycle and will not be eligible for a refund for the current month.
  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription or service by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the “Billing” or “Subscription” section, or by contacting our support team at [operations@xammer.in] with your cancellation request. Please include your account details and the service you wish to cancel.
  • Refunds: Digital service cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
    • Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel your subscription before the start of the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming month. No refunds will be issued for any payments already made for the current month.
    • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription early, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the subscription. This will depend on the terms specified in your subscription agreement.

2. Refunds for Cancellations

For service cancellations, refunds will be issued as per the refund terms mentioned above. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for any refunds to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Cancelable Orders/Services

Downloadable Digital Products: Once a digital product (such as downloadable software or content) has been accessed or downloaded, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
